True Love knows no bounds

Another layout for the sketch a thon at Colorful Creations:

Details:  The papers are DCWV The Bella Armoire Stack.  The ribbon is from Michaels.  My daughter drew the bells and I used Frosted Lace stickles on them.  I don't remember where the title sticker came from.  This is a picture of my mother on her wedding day January 7, 1962.

Let's Get Sketchy Challenge #13

Here is my take on the sketch:

Details:  The papers are all DCWV The Bella Armorie Stack.  The butterflies are a die from Sizzix.  The bling is My Mind's Eye.  The title is a vellum quote.

I am spending the holiday scrapping and eating!!

I am spending the holidy scrapping and eating.  We are having brats, burgers, potato sald and watermelon.  YUMMY!!!  Here are the layout I have finished so far today:

 Details:  The background paper is DCWV The Music Stack.  The dotted paper is DCWV Bella Amoire Stack.  The silver paper is from my stash as well as the green journal card.  I crocheted the flowers and used Basic Grey buttons for the centers.  This is my daughter singing with the choir at school.
 Details:  All papers are K&Company Classic K Charlotte paper pad.  I distressed all the edges.  I inked the butterfly and the mat behind the photo and the chipboard heart with Tim Holtz distress ink Tea Dye.  The butterfly is a die from Sizzix.  The chipboard heart is from Oriental Trading.  The pearls are Prima.  The picture is our first family photo after I married Karyol.
Details:  The papers are all K&Company Classic K Charlotte paper pad.  The pink doily is from Michaels.  The thickers are American Crafts.  The intricate green strip is paper ribbon doily from Basic Grey.  I crocheted the rose.  This is a picture of my mom was she was about 5 years old.

Productive Day 2 layouts and 2 cards

I made 2 layouts for the sketch a thon at Colorful Creations and 2 cards.  I hope you enjoy them.  Thanks for stopping by!

 I found a tutorial for this pattern on A Walk Down Memory Lane.  The cardstock is from Stampin' Up.  I embossed the white with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.  The ribbon is from Michaels.  The bling is from Stampin' Up.
 The papers are all Me & My Big Ideas Birthday paper pad.  It is my granddaughter playing all the games at Chuck E. Cheese at her 3rd birthday party.
 The papers are all K&Company Brenda Walton Evergreen.  The ribbon is from Michaels.  The sticker with Santa is Mary Englebreit.
A graduation card I found a tutorial for.  Ribbon for the tassel is from Stampin' Up.

More pages for Sketch-A-Thon

Here are the 2 pages I made today for the Sketch-A-Thon at Colorful Creations:

 The green paper is from Stampin' Up.  I don't know if you can tell but I misted the paper with blue glimmer mist that I made myself.  The papers are from DCWV All About Boys stack.  The strip at the button is made using a Stampin' Up punch.  I crocheted the flower and used a button from my stash.  the title is foam thickers by American Crafts.  The pic is my grandson, Ryan.
The pink paper is Recollections.  The other papers and embellies are from Me & My Big Ideas Birthday paper pad.  The wavy strip is Basic Grey.  I doodled around the edges with my white gel pen.  The pic is my granddaughter, Maddie with Chuck E. Cheese at her 3rd birthday party.

Colorful Creations Sketch a Thon

Colorful Creations is having a month long Sketch A Thon and I am having a blast.  Here are the layouts I have done so far today:

 The papers are Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses Kit.  I used by Super 8 punch for the doily I purchased from HSN.  The picture if of my neice and nephew many years ago.
 The papers are K&Company Secret Santa paper pad.  The bingo card is Jenni Bowlin.  The bling is My Mind's Eye.  The blue felt is Recollections.  The picture is of my daughter this Christmas.
The papers are K&Company Yuletide stack.  I used a Stampin' Up scallop punch.  Gems are from my stash.  I inked all the edges with Tim Holtz Tea Dye distress ink.  This is a picture of myself with my Kindle Fire.

Birthday Wishes Card

Good morning!!  I decided to start the day off with a pretty birthday card.  Hope you enjoy it.

The gray cardstock is Stampin' Up as well as the sentiment from the Bring on the Cake set and inked around the die with Regal Rose pen.  The ribbon is from Walmart.  I used a MS punch.  The die is from Stampin' Up Lots of Tags Label 2.  The patterned paper is from Making Memories Sabrina Collection.

Flower Pot Card

I have been wanting to do one of these cards and decided to give it a try this evening.

I used a MS punch for the edge of the pot.  The dotted paper was from my scraps.  The pink ribbon is from Michaels.  The little metal butterfly is Bo Bunny.  The flowers are cut from Sizzix die Flower Layers #3.  I faux stitched around them and put different white buttons in each center.  The flowers are attached to a small insert that pulls out with the sentiment on it.

This is for Brenda B's Add Challenge at Frosted Designs:

I did not add a sentiment yet because I do not know who I will be sending it to yet.  The papers are all from my scraps.  The ribbon is Making Memories.  The emblem is cut from Forever Young cartridge.  I faux stitched with my white gel pen and then black around the white oval.

Summer Fun

This is for Ashley's Recipe challenge at Frosted Designs:

Really simple layout using the recipe Ashley required.  Both papers are from Stampin' Up.  The mum was made with Stampin' Up paper also.  The cutouts are from my friend  Cathe.  The buttons are from my stash and I used twine for bows.  There is yellow in my striped paper, a yellow button and a yellow mat.  The picture is of my daugher with her neice and nephew.

Beautiful World

This layout is based on a page maps sketch:

The yellow paper is Recollections.  The patterned paper is My Mind's Eye Deena's Penny Lane Stack.  I fussy cut the circles from the paper.  I used buttons from my stash.  Sizzlets were used for the banner, squiggle and butterfly.  The epoxy sticker that says Beautiful World is from Studio G.  I stamped life! on the banner.
